Research results released

A randomized control trial in England has been completed involving 579 patients with chronic or recurrent back pain.  Patients received either normal care, massage, exercise or lessons in the Alexander Technique.


Conclusion of study:

One-to-one lessons
in the Alexander Technique from certified teachers have long term benefits for patients with
chronic back pain.
